The Eisenhower Matrix/ Covey Quadrant were tight. It helped me plan ahead and prioritize wants important and what can wait. So when the time came when I stuck between burning some videos to DVD to submit to festivals or watching Blue Velvet, I chose to burn the DVDs and then watched the movie after. So yeah I guess its been helping but now I just gotta make sure I keep up with the quadrants and not get lazy again. Thought the tutorials were a bit extreme though, I mean 12 minutes to learn how to use Google Calendars was a chore.

Troubleshooting Procrastination/ Time Management
1. Faulty Assumptions
1. Perfectionist
3. Avoidance of a Negative Experience
4. Lack of Motivation
5. Fear of Evaluation
6. Lack of Training
7. Being Overextended
Procrastination list was fun I guess. It helped me assess my problems with procrastination and find the root of my problems with the hope of fixing it. Mostly for me it comes down to just doing the work and getting out of my own way. If I think to hard Ill spend forever on an easy project that should only take a couple of minutes. I gotta stop trying to make everything perfect and just get things done with no fear.
